Hello Fuquay-Varina!
Spring is here! Or will be this coming Saturday. Of course, we’re doing in NC style with highs in the 80s, lows in the 30s, and rain, storms, and random sun.
Be careful Monday there look’s like we’re going to have a rough day with thunderstorms and a fairly high risk of tornadoes due to the ongoing Midwest storms, tracking and ongoing information found here.
On the other hand, it’s St. Patrick’s day, all week! Check out places around town to celebrate.
For the parents, don’t forget, Friday is a teacher work day so those kiddos will be home.
Send us your pictures of our lovely and we’ll feature at least on in each issue!

🚶‍➡️ Around Town

Traffic Congestion

If you’ve just about anywhere around Fuquay-Varina or the surrounding towns, then you know what traffic has been like. Fuquay-Varina has a website that breaks down ongoing road work, traffic projects, and future plans to manage congestion, with an interactive map. It won’t alleviate merge time but it helps.

State of the Town Replay

In case you missed Mayor Harris’s address last Monday, here’s the replay link.

Water Disinfection Process

Ongoing reminder that our water is still undergoing the annual state mandated disinfection process that clears out sediments and build up in our water.
